This website is operated by Selfmade By Deauré, based in Stanford, Hermanus, Western Cape. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Selfmade By Deauré. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Product and Personalization
Our products include a variety of handmade items such as.
Most items are made to order and may include personalized names.
Product photos may differ slightly from the final product due to lighting, fabric variations, and screen display.
3. Sizing
We gave different sizes for different products.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday.
Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are allowed unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong size, name, or item).
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Approved issues will be resolved with either a replacement or store credit.
6. Order Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and delivery information.
If your shipping details are incorrect and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
7. Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept secure payments through available payment gateways at checkout.
